Mayor Leffingwell called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. All Council Members were present.

Water Treatment Plant 4 Forum.

The members of the panel were: Austin Water Utility: Greg Meszaros, Director; Daryl Slusher, Assistant Director; Teresa Lutes, Division Manager; David Anders, Assistant Director. Other City representatives: Steve Coonan, Senior Engineer with Alan Plumber and Associates; Bill Newman, Managing Director for Public Finance Manager; Clarke Heidrick, President of the Austin Area Research Organization and Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce; and Rudy Garza, Assistant City Manager. Environmental Representatives: Luke Metzger, Environment Texas; Brian Rodgers, Change Austin; Amy Hardberger, Environmental Defense Fund; Colin Clark, Save our Springs; Bill Bunch, Save our Springs: Paul Robbins, environmental writer and activist; and Chris Lehman, Sierra Club. Moderator was Jim Walker.
