Administer the Oath of Office to the newly elected Council Members for Place One, Place Three, and Place Four of the City Council. Selection of Mayor Pro Tem.

The Honorable Judge Gisela Triana administered the oath of office to Council Members Leffingwell, Kim and Dunkerley. A motion was made to appoint Council Member Thomas as the Mayor Pro Tem on Council Member Dunkerley's motion, Mayor Wynn's second on a 7-0 vote.
