The presentation was made by the following staff members: Ed Van Eenoo, Budget Officer. Public Safety: Michael McDonald, Assistant City Manager; Art Arcevado, Police Chief; Rhoda Mae Kerr, Fire Chief; Ernie Rodriquez, EMS Director. Planning and Development Review and Economic Growth and Redevelopment Services: Sue Edwards, Assistant City Manager; Greg Guernsey, Planning and Development Review Director; Kevin Johns, Economic Growth and Redevelopment Services Director. Community Services was postponed to the next budget briefing.
