Set a public hearing to consider an ordinance creating an economic development program for SUNPOWER CORPORATION and authorizing the negotiation and executive of an Economic Development Agreement with SUNPOWER CORPORATION (Suggested date: December 9, 2010, 4:00 p.m. at Austin City Hall, 301 W. Second Street, Austin, TX).
The public hearing was set for December 9, 2010 at 4:00 p.m., City Hall at 301 W. Second Street, Austin, TX on Council Member Cole's motion, Council Member Riley's second on a 5-0 vote. Mayor Pro Tem Martinez and Council Member Spelman were off the dais.
