Authorize the negotiation and execution of various agreements with nonprofit organizations and partnerships to prevent the displacement of renters and homeowners and create economic mobility opportunities in the most vulnerable communities within one mile of Project Connect stations and lines, in an amount not to exceed $20,000,000 divided among the non-profit organizations and partnerships.
