Approve a resolution amending Resolution No. 20230608-085 to extend the timeline of the Automated License Plate Reader pilot program that implements safeguards, policies and procedures related to the Austin Police Department’s use of the technology designed to read and collect data from a vehicle’s license plate. Funding: No Fiscal Implication. The pilot program must be continued by Council to satisfy contract provisions related to the use of license plate reader equipment.
