A resolution directing the City Manager to prepare an ordinance for Council consideration to order a November 2026 bond election, including recommended bond measures, proposition language, categories, and amounts for public improvements. Funding: Approval of this resolution has no immediate fiscal impact. Should City Council vote to call a 2026 bond election, fiscal impacts will be noted at that time. Pulled by Council Member Alter.
