Approve an ordinance amending the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Austin Arts, Culture, Music, and Entertainment Operating Budget (Ordinance No. 20250813-005) to increase revenue and appropriations by $510,000 for operations at the Millenium Youth Entertainment Complex. Funding: $510,000 is projected to be available from revenue collected at the Millennium Youth Entertainment Complex.

Authorize a contract for the rental of a mobile security trailer and monitoring services for various parkland areas for Austin Parks and Recreation with LiveView Technologies d/b/a LVT, for an initial term of three years with up to two one-year extension options in an amount not to exceed $2,000,000. Funding: $400,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Operating Budget of Austin Parks and Recreation. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
