This project will stabilize and restore approximately 800 feet of Little Walnut Creek, south of Park Plaza.
Erosion has damaged the northern bank of Little Walnut Creek and is threatening several multifamily homes, a commercial parking lot, and an exposed wastewater line. The project will protect homes, yards, and infrastructure by stabilizing the stream bank.
Stabilize eroding creek banks

This presentation discusses the problems erosion is causing and the techniques we will use to stabilize the creek bottom and banks. A recording of the presentation is below or you can look through the PowerPoint slides.
