Join Us for a Development Services Open House on Nov. 2

Austin Development Services invites applicants, design professionals and community members to its Open House on Monday, Nov. 2, from 8 a.m. to noon at the Permitting and Development Center, 6310 Wilhelmina Delco Dr. The Events Center will be set up as three color-coded pathways that follow a project from ideation and submittal through review and inspections. Attendees can move through each pathway at their own pace and meet staff from Development Services and partner departments who work on every stage.

We’re also offering “Project Pit Stop” all morning. Stop by for a 10-minute one-on-one conversation about the development process. Each hour will feature a different area of expertise, so check the Pit Stop schedule to find the topic that’s right for you. Conversations are first come, first served.

Guided tours of the Permitting and Development Center will be available at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m., and refreshments will be available. Pick up a passport when you arrive, visit each pathway and take home a goody bag.
