First Workers' Day Laborer Program

About

The First Workers' Day Labor Program provides employment services and in-person support for individuals seeking day labor work. This includes the unhoused, migrant workers, and those seeking re-entry. The program supports paid work and active contributions in our community.

The First Workers' Day Labor Center provides a safe, organized, and supervised environment for hiring day laborers.  It serves as a valuable resource for citizens, contractors, and business owners needing workers for a few hours a day or longer.

Vendor Requests

Vendors looking for workers can submit an online job request. All requests will be reviewed within two business days. Upon approval, we will contact you with next steps.  Note: If the worker is required to provide their own transportation, a required $20.00 minimum fuel fee will be applied.
