About
The Grant for Technology Opportunities Program (GTOPs) is a grant administered by Community Technology to improve the community's ability to participate in the digital society fully. GTOPs provides three award pathways for local Austin nonprofit groups to apply for funding or devices.
GTOPs Award Pathways*
- Core Funding ($40,000)
- Mini Funding ($10,000)
- Capacity Funding ($2,500)
* Organizations can only be funded once per year per pathway.

A community where all citizens have access to the internet, devices, and knowledge needed to fully participate in digital society.
Mission
To provide matching grant funds to Austin organizations for projects that create digital opportunities and promote digital equity in innovative ways.

- Increase access to and usage of the Internet.
