Whether you're just starting out or ready to take your creative practice to the next level, a solid business plan can be a powerful tool for clarity, growth, and sustainability. In this interactive 90-minute workshop, local artist and former management consultant (Boston Consulting Group) Malti B Lee will guide you through a practical framework for building a business plan that fits your goals and your art.

We’ll break down the core components of a creative business plan, including defining your vision, identifying your audience, mapping out income streams, and setting realistic goals. You’ll explore how your values, pricing, marketing approach, and time can all work together in a plan that supports your life and creative ambitions. Expect thoughtful discussion, practical tools, and a printable worksheet to help you keep moving forward long after the workshop ends.
