Join us, The Trail Conservancy, in continuing to plant a diverse palette of sedges, grasses, and forbs, and spreading native seed mixes on managed habitats along the Butler Trail.🌱

Managed habitats are areas along the Butler Trail that were previously lawns and have been converted to native grasslands or wildflower meadows. We will meet at the Rainey Street Trailhead and walk to the project location. All ages and experience levels are welcome. It is a rain-or-shine event. ☀️☔

• Parking: Paid Parking along East Avenue and Cummings St
• We’ll provide gloves and tools—you need to come prepared with:
  • Closed-toed shoes
  • Long pants
  • Sun protection (sunglasses and a hat)
  • A full water bottle
