A customer can request that their address, phone number, billing information and information related to their volume of utility usage be kept confidential. Alternatively, impervious cover may not be shown if the property was recently developed after the latest aerial photography was taken. The aerial photography was used to create the maps shown on the "Find My Drainage Charge" tool.
