Public Hearing Notice Regarding the Issuance of Bonds - Elm Ridge Apartments

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF NOTES

The Austin Housing Finance Corporation (the “Issuer”) will hold a public hearing at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 301 W. Second Street, Austin, Texas 78701.

Among the items to be discussed will be a proposal for the issuance by the Issuer of notes (the “Notes”) the proceeds of which will be loaned to Elm Ridge Preservation, LP, a Texas limited partnership, (the “Borrower”), or an affiliate thereof, to provide permanent financing for the leasing, acquisition, rehabilitation, and equipping of an approximately 130-unit multifamily residential rental project to be known as Elm Ridge Apartments located at 1190 Airport Boulevard in Austin, Texas (the “Project”) for individuals and families of low income.

The maximum aggregate face amount of the Notes is anticipated to be $33,000,000. All interested parties are invited to submit written comments to the Issuer prior to the time set for the public hearing or to attend the public hearing and express any comments they may have regarding the Project or the Notes.
