Austin Police Department (APD) Robbery Unit Detectives are requesting residents of Welsh Way in possession of videos or photos of a suspect to please submit them by scanning the QR code with a smart phone or by clicking on the link above.

On Friday, April 18, 2025, approximately 5:11 a.m., APD officers responded to a robbery at Meadows at Berdoll, located at 5700 Welsh Way, Del Valle. One of the residents was threatened with a gun and had her car stolen from her.

The suspect is described as:

• Male
• Last seen wearing a black hoodie and black pants.

The suspect is believed to have walked to Welsh Way before committing the robbery. If any resident on Welsh Way has any videos or photos of the suspect from Friday, April 18, 2025, between the times of 4:55 a.m. -  5:15 a.m., they are requested to submit them as evidence.

APD Robbery Unit continues to investigate this incident.
