UPDATE from March 7, 2025: Aida has returned home and is safe.

ORIGINAL RELEASE From March 6, 2025:

Case:         25-0631531

Date:         Tuesday, March 4, 2025

Time:         Approximately 6:45 p.m.

Location:   Dolphin Drive

Runaway:  Aida Katherine Krejs Lebrun (15 years of age)

The Austin Police Department (APD) Criminal Investigations Division is requesting help in locating 15-year-old Aida Katherine Krejs Lebrun.

Aida ran away from her home located off Dolphin Drive on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, around 6:45 p.m. Because Aida left intentionally, this is considered a runaway case and not a missing persons case. Aida is normally very active on social media and has been inactive ever since running away on Tuesday evening. Due to the length of time that Aida has been away and her inactivity on social media, detectives are concerned for her immediate welfare and also concerned of possible trafficking or abduction. It is unknown where Aida is currently staying. As a reminder, it is a Class A misdemeanor for harboring a runaway child.

Aida is described as:
•    Asian female
•    5’3”
•    Approximately 110 pounds
•    Dark brown hair
•    Brown eyes

Aida was last seen wearing:
•    Black baggy jeans
•    Black shirt
•    Black Northface backpack

If you see Aida, please call 9-1-1 immediately.
