Naturalists at the Ney: It's My Park Day

Come out and join your neighbors for It's My Park Day at the historic Elisabet Ney Museum! 

We will be working in the native landscape surrounding the Ney to remove aggressive and invasive plants and complete other projects that will improve the way the museum landscape functions. Register now at: https://givepul.se/km8twk 

We will have It's My Park Day t-shirts as a thank you for volunteers. There will be tools and gloves provided but PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN WATER BOTTLE and wear appropriate clothing (closed-toed shoes) and bring sunscreen. We'll meet at the front of the Elisabet Ney Museum (304 E 44th Street) 9am-12pm. Street parking is available but please do not park on avenue H north of 44th street, that is our neighbors parking. Bathrooms are available at Shipe Park across the street.

It’s My Park Day is hosted by the Austin Parks Foundation and has brought volunteers from across Austin together to improve their local parks and build community. All projects are led by community members to encourage neighbors to come out, lend a hand and connect with fellow park lovers from all walks of life.
