The Austin Police Department (APD) Missing Persons Unit is requesting the community’s help with locating 80-year-old, Francis Quinlan. Mr. Quinlan was last seen on June 25, 2025, at approximately 4:30 p.m., in the 12300 block of Yarmont Way.
Detectives are worried for Mr. Quinlan’s well-being due to health concerns.
Francis Quinlan is described as:
- Black male
- Thin build
- Brown eyes
- Balding hair
- He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, dark blue checkered pants, and black slippers
