APD Detectives Search for Multiple Suspects in Connection to a Robbery in the 8200 block of Research Boulevard

The Austin Police Department (APD) Robbery Unit is requesting the public’s assistance with identifying multiple suspects in connection to an Aggravated Robbery with a Deadly Weapon that occurred at Mi Pueblito, located at 8237 Research Blvd SVRD WB, on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at approximately 9:45 p.m.
 
The suspects, whose description and photos are included below, were armed with handguns when they entered the business, and forced the victims to the ground. One of the suspects forced a victim to the cash register at gunpoint and stole an unknown amount of cash.
 
Suspect #1 is described as:

  • Hispanic male
  • Heavy build
  • He was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, black face covering, blue jeans, and dirty work boots

 
Suspect #2 is described as:

  • Hispanic male
  • He was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, black and yellow gloves, face covering, blue jeans, and white tennis shoes


Suspect #3 is described as:

  • Hispanic male
  • He was last seen wearing an orange and gray University of Texas baseball hat, black face covering, two-tone long-sleeved button-down shirt, tan cargo pants, and white shoes

The suspect vehicle is described as:

  • Nissan
  • Dark colored
  • No front license plates
  • Collision to the front-right bumper

A person of interest in connection to the robbery was seen at 9436 Parkfield on April 13, 2025, at approximately 2:58 p.m., purchasing items in the store and leaving in the same suspect vehicle:
