APD Detectives Search for a Suspect in Connection to a Robbery

The Austin Police Department (APD) Robbery Unit is requesting the public’s assistance with identifying a suspect involved in a robbery at the CVS located at 11300 N. Lamar Boulevard on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at approximately 3:36 p.m.
The suspect, whose description and photo are included below, made threats to the store employee and left the scene on foot with merchandise.
Suspect described as:
- Black male
- 30-40 years of age
- He was last seen wearing a black durag, black t-shirt with a thin white stripe on the back, black shorts, black and white Jordan shoes, and a black surgical mask
