APD Detectives Search for Suspects in Connection to Multiple Burglaries

The Austin Police (APD) Commercial Burglary Unit is requesting the public's help in identifying the below suspect in a series of ATM thefts over the last several weeks in the City of Austin. On multiple dates in June 2026, three to five suspects were seen forcing entry into convenience stores and using power tools to force the ATM open and steal cash.
 
The suspect is described as:

• Black male
• Muscular build
• Bald
• He was last seen wearing a sleeveless gray shirt, dark pants, and dark tennis shoes.

 
Other suspects are described as: 

• Late teens to early 20s males
• Last seen wearing hoodies, face coverings, and gloves.
