This individual is believed to be operating within the county, targeting her victims directly and stealing their property during encounters.

The suspect is described as:

• Black female
• Approximately 25-35 years old
• 5' 4" tall
• Thin build

• 2024 Rolex Submariner no date, SN 3713K7K1
