Location:  Capital Metro Bus stop – 6010 E Riverside Drive

The Austin Police Department (APD) Robbery Unit is seeking the public's help in identifying a suspect involved in a robbery. The suspect, whose description and photos are included below, demanded the victim’s cell phone and assaulted the victim when he was denied.

The suspect is described as:

Suspect-25-1281459
  • Black male
  • 20-30 years of age
  • Thin build
  • Short black hair
  • Distinctive scar on left side of face that went from cheek to mouth     

The suspect was last seen wearing:

  • Blue hat with Nike swoosh centered
  • Light colored shirt
  • Black pants
  • Necklace with large pendant
  • Patterned face mask

A reward of up to $1,000 may be available for any information that leads to an arrest.
