Austin Police (APD) Detectives Seek Public Help in Identifying Vehicle Theft Suspect

On Saturday, December 6, 2025, Austin Police (APD) officers responded to a reported vehicle theft at approximately 3:37 p.m. The incident occurred in the parking lot of Jair's Hair Salon/Ohlen Laundry Mat located at 1601 Ohlen Road. A male suspect stole a Nissan Frontier from the premises. APD Detectives are seeking assistance from the public to identify the suspect involved in this case.
The suspect is described as:
- Hispanic male
- Approximately 30-40 years of age
- Black hair with shaved sides
- Last seen wearing a blue jacket, jeans, brown boots, and black sunglasses.
