On Friday June 5, 2026, at 1:03 p.m., Austin Police (APD) officers responded to a single vehicle collision in the 11700 block of North FM 620. The driver, and sole occupant of the vehicle and later identified as Charlotte Fisher Limb was pronounced deceased at the scene.     

This incident is being investigated as Austin’s 35th fatal crash of 2026, resulting in 35 fatalities. On the date of this crash in 2025, 39 fatal crashes resulted in 43 deaths.
