Pre-K Enrollment

Pre-kindergarten (pre-K) supports a strong foundation for building relationships and later school success. Children who attend a pre-K program are more likely to be ready for school when they start kindergarten. Now is the time for qualified families to enroll their 3-and 4-year-olds in a FREE pre-K program, sponsored by Austin ISD and E-3 Alliance.

Families wanting to learn more about pre-K can watch the “All About Pre-K” Facebook events. The recording of the event is available in English and Spanish and can be watched at any time. Families will hear from pre-K teachers and parents about:

  • What a typical day in pre-K looks like,
  • The benefits of attending pre-K,
  • Who is eligible for free pre-K,
  • How to enroll in area school districts, and more!
