The City of Austin’s 3-1-1 system is a quick and easy way to find answers to many of your questions and concerns.
Our friendly and knowledgeable 3-1-1 Ambassadors can answer questions and assist with issues you have regarding a City of Austin department or service. Ambassadors are available 365 days a year; 24 hours a day; seven days a week.
There are many easy ways to get in touch with a 3-1-1 Ambassador. Choose an option that’s convenient for you.

- Complete a service request online
