Accounting & Financial Reporting provides internal controls, financial oversight and guidance, financial information, and payments to City employees and vendors so that departments may manage their business and meet their financial reporting needs.

Budget & Performance creates and monitors the annual City-wide budget, analyzes financial information, leads the City's strategic planning and performance measure efforts, and drives continuous improvements throughout the organization.

Redevelopment

Redevelopment manages real estate development bond projects and reuse of properties on formerly City-owned land through partnerships with private sector entities and community stakeholders to deliver land uses that fulfill community and Council goals that foster vibrant places of commerce, culture, and residences for Austin’s diverse community.

Treasury

Treasury provides cash, debt, and investment services to City departments by overseeing the City's comprehensive cash management program, coordinating debt issuances, ensuring compliance with bond ordinances and disclosure requirements, and managing the investment portfolios in compliance with the Texas Public Funds Investment Act and City of Austin Investment Policy.
