Land Development Academy: Parkland Dedication 101

Austin requires subdivision and site plan applications to include dedication of land for a park or payment of a fee to acquire land or develop facilities for that purpose. This course will cover the development review process for the Parkland Dedication requirement, including history, applicability, staff decision-making processes, and how this Code requirement interfaces with other cross-departmental requirements.
