Embodied: The Dancer Series- Step into the art of movement and experience what it means to embody dance from the inside out. This immersive series invites participants to explore how dancers stretch, strengthen, and create—awakening both physical awareness and artistic expression. Each class offers a unique window into the discipline, creativity, and storytelling that shape a dancer’s world. No experience required—just a willingness to move, discover, and connect.

Metamorphosis Dance is part of the Artist Access Program, through the City of Austin’s Arts, Culture, Music, and Entertainment Department and the Dougherty Arts.
