As set forth in Chapter 395 of the Local Government Code and to include: advising and assisting the City in adopting, reviewing and revising land use assumptions; reviewing the Impact Fee Capital Improvements Plan regarding water and wastewater capital improvements and file written comments thereon; monitoring and evaluating implementation of the capital improvements program; advising the land use assumptions, capital improvements program and capital recovery fees; and filing a semiannual report evaluating the progress of the City in achieving the capital improvements plans and identifying any problems in implementing the plans or administering the capital recovery fees.
