  • Ongoing review of labor agreement components
  • Launch new procedures or policies when agreements require them
• Audit Compliance
  • Monitor departments to ensure they follow all labor agreement provisions
• Support Departments
  • Help departments understand and apply labor agreement requirements
• Issue Resolution
  • Work with departments and labor organizations to resolve disputes or concerns
• Advise City Management
  • Alert leadership to critical issues, risks or developments related to labor agreements
