The City of Austin will host a virtual Community Job Fair on February 23 from 11 am to 2 pm to showcase a wide variety of City job opportunities available to people who are ready, willing, and able to work. The City has many open positions that provide for growth opportunities, flexible work schedules, and a benefits package which includes healthcare, dental, vision and much more.

Like many companies around the country, government agencies are experiencing the same challenges of employee turnover and fewer applicants applying for open positions. This virtual job fair is intended to provide applicants from a variety of backgrounds with opportunities to interact with City of Austin departments that are seeking new talent.

This job fair is open to everyone, especially veterans, justice involved individuals, seniors, and people with disabilities to help departments hire skilled, qualified, and interested applicants.
