Austin Small Business

City promotes Small Business Saturday

The City of Austin Economic Development Department invites the community to celebrate and support Austin’s small businesses by participating in Small Business Saturday on November 30. This annual tradition strengthens the local economy, supports entrepreneurs, and fosters a sustainable and resilient community.

In 2023, U.S. consumers spent an estimated $17 billion at small businesses on Small Business Saturday, according to American Express®.
