Austin Police (APD) Robbery Unit Detectives are requesting the community’s assistance with identifying a suspect in connection to an Aggravated Robbery that occurred on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at approximately 5:41 a.m., at the Walgreens located at 4501 Guadalupe Street.
 
The suspect, whose photo and description are included below, entered the Walgreens and demanded property from an employee while armed with a machete. After obtaining stolen property, the suspect left the scene in a dark-colored four door sedan, possibly a Nissan Altima.
 
The suspect is described as:

  • White male
  • Early 30’s
  • Thin build
  • Short brown hair and brown beard
  • He was last seen wearing glasses, a white tee shirt, khaki shorts, and black Nike slides.

The suspect vehicle is described as:

  • Possibly a Nissan Altima
  • Four door sedan
  • Older model
  • Dark-colored
  • Unknown license plate.
