On Sunday, June 8th, 2025, at approximately 4:30 a.m., Austin Police Department (APD) Officers responded to N SH 130 NB / N 130 to E 290 WB between exit 437 B and 437 A for a single-vehicle crash. The driver, later identified as Isidro Montero Reyes, was pronounced deceased on the scene.

This incident is being investigated as Austin’s 41st fatal crash of 2025. On the date of this crash in 2024, 34 fatal crashes resulted in 35 deaths.
