November 2026 Fix-It Clinic

This holiday season, fix instead of buy! Give a second life to something your loved ones cherish for an even more meaningful gift. Got a broken item like a torn shirt, faulty blender or worn-out toy? Bring them to our November Fix-It Clinic and learn hands-on repair skills with help from our expert volunteers—free of charge!

Can't attend in person? Drop off your item at the Lamar Senior Activity Center (2874 Shoal Crest Ave.), November 2-5. We'll try to fix it, and you can pick it up November 9-13. Items not claimed by November 13 will be donated. Space is limited, and a waiver is required.

Limit of 2 items. No gas-powered items, laptops, tablets or cellphones.

Register to attend or volunteer as a fix-it coach!
