Call 3-1-1 or 512-974-2000 and we may be able to send a representative to retrieve your item. Please note, starting November 1, 2026, Austin 3-1-1 phone service hours will be 7 a.m.–9 p.m.
Residents can submit non-emergency service requests outside of phone service hours through the Austi 3-1-1 app or online.
