Opening the Door to Opportunities

Austin Small and Minority Business Resources helps small, minority-owned, women-owned, and disadvantaged businesses compete for City of Austin contracts. We administer the City’s Minority-Owned, Women-Owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise procurement programs and work to expand access, equity, and economic opportunity for local businesses.

A Note About Operations

Austin Small and Minority Business Resources is currently operating in a hybrid telework setting. Our staff are available to answer questions and provide customer service by email, phone, and during select in-office hours.

Gateway 2 Concessions is Austin Small and Minority Business Resources’ signature program that promotes inclusive participation in concessions at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.
