PARK ACCESS, IMPACTS, ALTERNATIVE USE AREAS & ALERTS:

• PARK ACCESS:
  • Closed: None of the park is accessible without a ticket.

  • Road closures are not associated with this event. Park road closures are associated with this event.

  • Closures will significantly affect public recreational use of the park during event hours on Saturday, 11/7 and Sunday, 11/8.

  • Due to the number of participants on site and the nature of the activities, access to park areas and parking lots are impacted during event hours on Saturday, 11/7 and Sunday, 11/8. 

  • In addition, event set up activities will occur in advance such as infrastructure delivery and includes a significant amount of traffic in the park.
• SUGGESTED ALTERNATIVE PARK USE AREAS:
  • Butler Metro Park, Festival Beach

• ALERTS:
  • Parking on the grass or on unauthorized park grounds during a special event is a $250 parking fine.
  • Illegal vending or commercial activity is a Class C Misdemeanor with a minimum $200 fine.
  • Glass, Styrofoam and Smoking are prohibited in all parks.
