The City of Austin seeks applications in response to this Request for Applications (RFA) to establish an agreement with one or more nonprofits or government entities for the following Rapid Rehousing services:
- Coordination with Shelter and Street Outreach programs
- Case Management
- Housing Search and Placement
- Housing Stability Case Management
- Financial Assistance to help move clients into housing and retain housing
The City seeks applications from qualified nonprofits or government agencies (Applicants) with at least two years of experience working with target populations and/or providing proposed services to clients. Applications may include proposals for expanding existing services or implementing new services.
