The Athletics Office organizes adult basketball, flag football, indoor volleyball, and softball recreational leagues for men, women and co-ed teams throughout the City of Austin. In addition, the Athletics Office reserves various outdoor facilities for formal or informal sports leagues, activities, and events. We also partner with non-profit Youth Sport Organizations to provide recreational opportunities to Austin youth. The Athletic Office is committed to serving the community by providing multiple recreational opportunities!
Basketball
Teams play at various City of Austin Recreation Centers around the city. Teams can register to play in the High (Advanced), Medium (Intermediate), or Low (Recreational) leagues which are defined by the level of play. Flag Football
Teams play at the Krieg Athletic Complex (515 S Pleasant Valley Rd) on the multi-purpose field. Teams can sign up to participate in various divisions offered on weekdays throughout the year. For more info visit www.capitalcityathletics.com.
Soccer
Austin Parks and Recreation boasts soccer fields, mini-pitches and multipurpose fields. Both adult and youth soccer leagues are accessible through community organizations. Various Community Recreation Centers provide seasonal co-ed youth recreational soccer programs aimed at instilling fundamental skills and fostering teamwork. Softball

Facility Reservation
Athletic Facility Reservations for hourly rentals, tournaments and events are available at multiple locations throughout the City of Austin. Available facility types include but not limited to softball/kickball fields, multi-purpose fields, and sand volleyball courts. Reservations are made based upon availability and priority of usage.
