The minutes for the Austin Housing Finance Corporation meeting of April 15, 2004 were approved on Board Member Alvarez' motion, Board Member Dunkerley's second on a 6-0 vote. President Wynn was absent.

Item AHFC002 - May 27, 2004

Approve an amendment to contracts entered into with SUNSTRIP, INC, Lago Vista, TX, TRINITY LAND & HOMES, Austin, TX, and ON CALL MANAGEMENT SERVICES, Austin, TX, on March 17, 2004 for architectural barrier removal services for homes of elderly persons and persons with disabilities under the Architectural Barrier Removal Program to extend the contract for three months in an amount not to exceed $200,000, for a total contact amount not to exceed $400,000. (Funding is available in CDBG grant funds years 27 and 28 allocated in the Fiscal Year 2003-2004 budget of Austin Housing Finance Corporation.)

The motion authorizing an amendment to contracts was approved on Board Member Alvarez' motion, Board Member Thomas' second on a 6-0 vote. President Wynn was absent.
