Complaint:
In September of 2022 I do not recall specific dates Officer Sanders came out and removed an
individual from a unit with the same documents that I showed him on today, I actually have more
proof today then with the previous incident. Fast forward to the last two weeks where I have been
dealing with people that are not legally tied to property, yet APD refuses to work with us and get
the individuals off the property. I have legal documents and recordings; I also have signs posted
throughout my community that says Private Property no Trespassing. I would like the same
treatment each time and not different results based off race or ethnicity which is what I feel is
transpiring here. I would also like to make a formal complaint with Internal Affairs because these
officers are not doing their job properly and fairly. Also, on today when I was giving an example
Officer Brito (8505) decided to tell me about my ID address not matching and how that was a
crime, yet he can"t follow basic crime 101. I need for someone to look into this matter.
