Complaint:
He has a license and owns a few cannabis dispensaries in California, Austin and Pflugerville area.
He deals with cancer patients and Dell Hospital for children. The complainant travels with 10lbs
of CBD/hemp from Los Angeles to Austin with his paperwork and license. When the complainant
arrived at the Austin Airport, Officer Dewayne Williams opened his luggage and threw his things
on the floor. The complainant asked the officer if he was going to take him to jail. The officer said
he was not going to. The officer refused to give the complainant his supervisor's name and his
badge number, but he did give the complainant his personal phone number. The complainant
called the officer several times for updates on his case. The officer was rude and told him he
could not test the product for five years and there is a waiting list. The complainant requested a
receipt for his product for tax purposes. The officer only gave him a receipt for 13 of the products
but he had 20 in his bag. Complainant also did not get a receipt for a couple of thousands of
dollars that was taken. The complainant ran a background check on the officer and found out the
officer is his neighbor in Pflugerville, which is too much of a coincidence. When the complainant
tried to call Officer Williams his phone number, his wife's phone number and his attorney's phone
numbers were all blocked. The complainant feels like he is being watched. Complainant follows
the rules and procedures that Austin requires. Complainant is 41 years old and never committed
a crime in his life. Complainant asked about Austin rules for transporting his product from
California to Austin. Complainant has talked to the FBI and other APD officers and there is no
illegal way of bringing his product form any state to Austin. Complainant wants to know what is
going on. It was not right the way the officer embarrassed him. If he committed a crime, he should
have been arrested on the spot. He is sure there are cameras in the airport and video of the
incident. His rights were violated, and he feels very racially discriminated against. If he had been
any other race the officer would have looked at his paperwork and given him the same common
respect that he was giving. If complainant cannot be reached contact his lawyer,
who is a retired FBI Agency and his attorney in California.

My step son,
was traveling to work on 3-14-23 at 10:13a and was driving with
the flow of traffic. The speed limit posted was 65 mph and he was (admittedly) speeding - 80 in a
65 mph zone. He says though he was following other vehicles driving the same speed, he was the
one that was pulled over. Again, we are not contesting the fact that he was speeding. However,
when he was stopped by Ofcr. S. Kreider AP2369 and after Ofcr. Kreider collected the necessary
information from our son, Ofcr. Kreider asked our son if he was African American.
I find that question to have been irrelevant to the traffic stop and rather offensive, given all that
has transpired in recent years with the black community and their interactions with law
enforcement. Our son IS bi-racial and he WAS compliant with the requests made of him, to
include answering that ridiculous question.
I would like an answer from the chief why this question was asked when it had no bearing on
whether or not Mr.
was speeding.
I served as a 911 Call taker with APD for almost 5 yrs, leaving the dept in Aug of 2022. Prior to
that, I worked in various facets of law enforcement to include having been a Police officer myself
for several years. And not once do I EVER recall that being a question on a traffic stop.

APD bungled an investigation then rushed a PC affidavit and caused me irreparable harm.
Three motorcyclists were engaged in deadly conduct Tex. Penal Code Sec. 6.03, 22.05 (2022),
based on mistaken identity, which then turned to assault Sec. 22.01 when one of the motorcyclist
tried to kill me. According the APD Incident Report (2022-300966) the motorcyclist stated that
someone in a white sedan had ..almost hit the red motorcycle earlier..." and believed I was that
person. I defended myself with my licensed handgun after the motorcyclist sucker punched me
and then tried, both, to take my weapon and to kill me with it. I then immediately called 911-EMS
and stated that I shot a man and needed emergency medical personnel. APD then treated my call
for help as a "Shoot/Stab Hotshot" and immediately designated the motorcyclist as the victim and
me as the suspect. (See EMS Dispatch Report and APD Incident Report.) I was victimized twice,
once by three motorcyclists, and again by APD.
Witness:

work with children, she is unwilling to speak with lawyers. APD did not reach out to residents
along Mesa Dr at the time of the incident. APD indicated to me that they believed there was only
one motorcycle involved in the incident, which is incorrect.

I was driving southbound on South Congress Ave around 8:30 pm. Near Ramble Lane, the street
turned into a single lane due to the active construction zone. This police car sped up behind me,
but got stuck behind me. As soon as the second lane opened up again, they immediately sped into
the next lane without turning a turn signal. We reached the intersection of South Congress Ave
and Stassney Lane. There were four lanes: left turn only, straight ahead, straight ahead, right turn
only. I was in the first straight ahead lane next to the left turn lane. The cop went all the way into
the right turn only lane - still failing to use the turn signal. We were stopped by the red light. The
left turn lane"s signal turned green. The cop proceed to swerve and then cross all the lanes to
turn left. The cop did not use the turn signal. The cop did not flash the siren lights at all
whatsoever. They almost hit this car that was actually in the correct lane and had the right of the
way to turn left. The car luckily stopped in time. But this was scary to witness. The cop was
clearly not in a state of emergency due to no flashing lights and had no right to violate multiple
traffic laws nor risk killing an innocent driver. I captured all of this on my truck"s dashcam. I
pulled the footage and clipped the relevant part. Unfortunately this form is not allowing me to
send it - it keeps giving me an error message. By all means contact me if there is any other way I
can submit the footage.

Otherwise the city would not be breached. They ve held me hostage and sedated me. I've been

madness. This family of bullies is out of control. I want to see action behind this report. Someone

He was enjoying a taco at Torchy's Tacos when an officer parked in the middle of a cross walk in
the middle of a busy intersection. The complainant assumed it was official police business -- why
else would the officer park in an intersection like that. The officer went inside Torchy's tacos and
sat down to have a taco. The complainant was a bit grumpy about the situation, SO he approached
the officer and told him people were walking around his cruiser because he parked in a cross
walk in the middle of the intersection and asked if that seemed ok to him. The officer told the
complainant he was on Austin police business, and he had to be able to get back to his cruiser at a
moment's notice and he was well in his rights to park there. The officer was a bit of a jerk and felt
like he was above the law. APD Cruiser #0173.

She has a 50-year-old son who is mentally ill, has a brain injury and is schizophrenic. The son
charged at her, and she fell back on her bed with a cane in her hand because she cannot walk. She
accidently hit him hard enough that the ambulance had to be called. The son has attacked her
before. APD asked her if she felt threaten and she told them yes. She was taken to the hospital
because she has a heart condition and then taken to jail. She was charged for assault. When she
was in jail, they asked her questions so they could release her. They fingerprinted, even though
they had told her they were not. They eventually took her in to put her on oxygen and gave her
medication. It was a bad situation because she recently had a stroke. She is under the housing
authority, and it is her house not her son's. Because they called her son the victim she is about to
be put out of her house. The situation was not right. She is an old woman, and she must protect
herself the best way she can. Her son had just gotten out of jail for beating her. She was treated
like a dog. When she was released, they took her out of the wheelchair. She cannot walk so when
she took a cab home she had to crawl to get to her door. She ended up with pneumonia. She now
has nightmares.

My brother was shot and killed by APD officers after he called 911 asking for help. He thought
people were following him, surrounded him and pointing guns at him. He was paranoid and
called for the police to come. It was clearly a mental health case and the officers knew he called
for help, as you can hear on their body cam videos. They did not announce who they were and
that they were responding to his 911 call. They did not try to deescalate but rather told him to put
his hands in the air. Who tells a paranoid person calling for help to put their hands in the air? That
only makes him more paranoid. Now his paranoid fears are his reality.
To say they used excessive force is an understatement. I think all 5 of them emptied their rounds
on him. His truck was shot up, windows blown out. We couldn't even view his body it was so
blown up.
It's been 10 months and we still haven't heard anything about the investigation, no toxicology
report, no autopsy report, no update about the police officers involved. Do they have other cases
of excessive force? We have not been given any information. My sister-in-law is left raising the
two children they fostered and adopted together and another baby they were trying to adopt. My
brother was a "back the blue" kind of guy. I really don't believe he fired shots at the officers nor do
I see that on their body cam videos, but that's what they told the media and our family. We want
answers.

She was given OPO's number by APD's victim service manager/Ortego. The complainant alleges
she was six months pregnant when she was held captive in her car along with her three children
all under four years old. When she got out the car the lady/stalker assaulted her with a gun and
left the scene. The complainant's sister captured everything on video. APD visited the
complainant at her apartment, and she gave them information for the police report. Throughout
that day and thru February 28, 2023, she has been harassed by the same person. The
complainant's complaint is that here have been many reports filed on this same person for
stalking and harassment and none of them are in APD's system. She does not know if APD filed
charges against the lady for holding her captive against her will and for assault with bodily injury.
One evening in August 2022 the complainant called the police because the same person followed
her to her apartment stalking her, but no reports were filed. One evening in September 2022 the
same person approached her with her hand in her purse as if she had a gun. The complainant
called APD. There was a warrant for the person's arrest, so APD arrested her. The complainant
asked the officers what she needed to do to file a protective order and they told her they did not
do that, and she would have to call a detective. APD did not take a report or give her any kind of
case number. In October 2022 the Complainant called APD about three times regarding the same
person and APD has no reports in the system. In November 2022 the complainant called APD
once for the same person coming to her apartment and stalking her again and there is no report
in APD's system. In January 2023 she called police and they responded and there is no report on
file for that incident. The complaint called APD again in February 2023, because the stalker tried
to run her vehicle off the road (the complainant was given incident # 230371483) and there is no
police report for that incident in the system. On February 14th the complainant contacted police
around 8pm because the stalker followed her to her apartment. APD responded and gave her a
report number but now that report number is not in the system. On February 28, 2023, the
stalker was at the complainant's apartment, sounding her car horn harassing her to come down
to the parking lot, which she did not. That report is on file for harassment. The complainant had
to move out of her apartment which put her and her kids on the street. The complainant now
must pay for hotel rooms for her and her children to live. This is mind blowing and ridiculous that
she and her kids have had to go through this turmoil, and they are now homeless. If she was a
white female she would not be going through these problems because APD would made sure all
the reports were on file and in the system. The complainant is very disappointed in the justice
systems, and she plans to take her actions further. She is going to write a certified letter to APD

They state they will lie if any of them are questioned and that they never get into trouble. They
state either Chief Chacon or someone in a higher position has arranged this to run me out of
town, set me or my son up with bogus criminal charges or organize to have us killed in a staged
crime in our home. They threaten to break in while we are not home. They state they will ruin my
son's career (he is a manager at an apartment community up north. Chief Chacon has identified
himself and has stated he is having an affair with my sons stepmom and
therefore he
will not arrest anyone that is involved especially them and they are the two along with
who pose the most danger to my adult son. I emailed Chief Chacon with all this
information since last November 2022. About a month ago I sent him an email stating that I
finally came to the conclusion that he is fully aware of this crime being committed against us and
protective order violation that involves all of them because they all know
I asked him
not to email me back and his assistant Lt. Craig Smith replied to the email asking how he could
assist me out of all the imminent emails I had sent him previously asking for help. My sons father
has a minor daughter who is approximately 11. Because of the protective order and his possible
association with him and these individuals I previously wrote internal affairs of my concern and I
am asking that she be checked on. Chief chacon was never interested in any of my emails until I
mentioned the names
and
He insists that they and his extramarital
affairs take precedence over me and my sons safety and privacy.

I've been
assaulted by multiple people who work in law enforcement. Someone should put a stop to this
madness. This family of bullies is out of control. I want to see action behind this report. Someone
needs to be placed behind bars.
