Healing Con Cacao
Join the ESB MACC Casa de la Cultura Programs as we explore the healing properties of cacao. This gathering is centered around cacao, a cherished plant with a long and meaningful history. Families are invited to learn how cacao is traditionally grown and prepared, how it has been used to nourish the body, and bring people together across generations. We’ll spend time simply enjoying cacao, sharing stories, and moving gently through easy, accessible practices inspired by yoga—designed to help everyone feel calm, comfortable, and at home in their bodies. Cacao is naturally rich in nutrients that support the heart, but its greatest gift is the way it brings us together.
This is a welcoming space for all ages to slow down, connect, and be present—just as they are. We invite families, children, and community members to gather with care, curiosity, and a spirit of togetherness.

Healing Con Cacao
