Casa de la Cultura will offer accessible and inclusive family-friendly classes and workshops rooted in preserving Mexican American, Indigenous, and Latino culture and traditions. Each pillar within Casa de la Cultura program will support the presentation of local artists, instructors, and educators. We aim to promote a lifelong curiosity for creating art and the expression of identity.

Aprende a Nadar - Bilingual Swim Class ESB-MACC - Casa De La Cultura

 

Participants will learn swim skills and water safety practices with bilingual instructors. Pools are climatized and heaters are spaced around the pool area. Bring warm clothes.

Join us for FREE Bilingual Yoga classes every Saturday with Aneika Perez! Body, mind and soul will align as we move with intention through gentle movement guided by breath. We will incorporate meditation and sound to regulate the nervous system. Extra yoga mats can be provided!
