APO Recommendation 2025-0087, Officer Daniel Kessler

Based on participation in the internal investigation into Officer Daniel Kessler's (AP7078) conduct, APO recommends that he receive discipline exceeding a 15-day suspension, up to and including indefinite suspension. Officer Kessler was involved in a collision with two civilian vehicles while responding to a call for service because he was texting on his personal device while driving.
