Based on APO's participation in the Internal Affairs investigation into alleged police misconduct involving Officer Brian Brejcha (AP7286) and Officer Samuel Travis (AP7257), APO concurs with the chain of command’s recommendation of unfounded for the alleged violations of GO 301.2 (Impartial Attitude and Courtesy), GO 401.2 (Initial Response and Investigation), and GO 437.3.1 (Criminal Trespass Notice).
